Flight Office Access
Welcome to the Online Booking System

To help make bookings easier, we've incorperated an online booking system called 'Flight Office'. It allows our Staff and Members to view a calendar-style booking sheet, that shows aircraft availability.

You can simply log into the system, find a suitable date and time for your next booking and give us a quick call to lock it in. You can also find and confirm your existing bookings using the system.

If you don't yet have a USERNAME and PASSWORD, please send an email to the following address and we'll get you up and running.

Getting Started with Flight Office:
*Flight Office requires IE Explorer

  1. Click on the Orange Button above to open the Login Screen

  2. Initial install help is available from http://www.genavsystems.com/help/onlineTroubleshoot.htm if needed. When clicking on the Flight Office icon for the first time you may need to install some .DLL files only if they are not already installed on your PC. If you do not see the log on, or a prompt asking you to download and install .DLL files, you may need to follow the online troubleshoot to help you alter your internet explorer security settings. Please use the on-line help links as our Flight Instructors and Admin Crew are not trained in offering IT type support.  Of course if you already have an up to date system, you will go straight to the log on screen below.

  3. Login with your credentials (you may need to follow the initial install help if you do not see the below screen logon prompt)

  1. You can only view your current bookings or see what aircraft are available from the system.
    1. Basic access only allows users to 'view' not 'modify'. You need to call 07 3203 1777 for a staff member to complete a booking.
    2. You can not see instructor availability on-line.

  2. Click My Account for a list of your current bookings

  1. Click on the  date to see aircraft availability for a particular day, you can view up to 90 days in advance

  1. Click the tabs at the top to select what resource you are wanting to see
    1. i.e. Aircraft (all the single engine)
