President’s Report

Recently I called for a Special General Meeting (SGM) to report to the members about the previous
CEO/CP/CFI and where we are with this matter.

Unfortunately there have been four members of RAC that have been extremely abusive and
somewhat disrespectful to the Board of Directors and the CEO and disruptive to the running of our
Club. So to put all rumours and accusations made by these four, I felt it necessary to report to the
members to attain a vote of confidence at the SGM. The two motions put to the members, after
debate by members, were won overwhelming. This now gives the Board of Directors the confidence
of the membership to carry out the job that they were voted into office to do in the best interest of
the Club. The Board of Directors thanks those members for your vote of confidence and attendance
at the SGM.

The remainder of the year and moving into 2016 shall remain exciting and challenging for us and
together with the current Board of Directors, the CEO, the CP/HoO and the Alternate CP/HoO, we
will be able to take on all challenges for the betterment of the Club.
